What guests loved:

Karim was excellent from staff to finish. We had an excellent private tour for 3 days including the Nile Cruise. Ola is one of the best tour guides ever

Areas for improvement:

The reception staff did not understand English well so brought in the wrong order at time but they were extremely kind and helpful that it really did not matter
